The
following apartment services do not fall within our bespoke management service but can be
requested at any time on the charges stipulated below.
For all
apartment owners who do not need a property management
company but require keys to be held in Bansko for access to apartments why not take up our unique key holding service for just €1.25
euro per week.
This
service is under contract for 12 months and gives you added security when you are not
in town.
* Keys held in the Bansko tourist information office (Angel Kanchev St) covered by 24
hour site security in a secure key safe.
* Email confirmation from the owner sent prior to
any keys handed out.
* All keys must be signed out and returned
to our office within a mutually agreed date and time.
* Service can be
provided outside normal office hours for only 10 euro per visit. This must be
booked in advance with 48 hours notice.
* No keys will be delivered to any other
location unless agreed with both the holder and owner beforehand.
* Keys lost will be charged to the person
in receipt of them at that time
* We recommend 3 sets of keys be held in our office for each residence
Key holding plus 6 apartment visits over 12 months: 100 euro per apartment
For just an additional 35 euro we will included 6 visits to your apartment (4 in winter and 2 in summer).
This is a fantastic service for those not wishing to visit/use their apartment over the next 12 months or are still undecided as to the best course of action regarding to furnishing and security.
We will
provide a professional clean of your apartment including linen ready for your next guests to visit your
apartment.
*Please note this service will only fall within a key holding or property management contract for both the safety of our staff and clients/apartment owners.
We are happy to deliver to your apartment a selection of basic essentials to assist guests when arriving at an inconvenient time saving issues with shops being closed etc. Please email your requirements/shopping list in advance. Receipts will be provided.
Building and contents Insurance quotationsWe are happy to seek appropriate insurance quotations on request. Please remember that the Razlog valley does fall within an active earthquake zone.
We can
arrange for the changing of locks and cutting of additional keys the cost of
changing a lock is 10 euro plus the
cost of the lock. Key copying will be 5 euro per set plus the cost of
cutting which will depend on the key type.
Window cleaning
The following charges will be applied for internal and external cleaning of all windows: Studio 7.50 euro 1 bedroom apt 10 euro 2 and 3 bedroom apt 15 euro
Snagging 50 euro for the initial visit and 15 euro each subsequent required.
All properties should be properly snagged prior to the developer handing over the keys to your apartment. Within the price we include:
A full report on all visible snags and send this with photographs to you for YOU TO SUPPLY to your developer.
Furniture Snagging 15 euro per visit
We will write a full report on all visible snags along with a complete inventory of the items in the apartment and send this with photographs to you for discussion with your furniture supplier. If any issues have been highlighted you can request for the second visit to confirm.If you
require additional photos of your apartment and complex we can visit your
development to take both internal apartment and external photos. Please note charges are per visit.

Non legal doc's: 5 euro per page.
Legal doc's 8 euro per page.
Physical representation: 12.50 euro per hour
Bookings for representation must be made a minimum of 96 hours prior to appointments for physical representation.
